We support the integration market by assisting design-in of our products into their solutions. We support the sales of our partners products through our global network of professional technology sales and marketing entities. Our sale doesn't’t end with the delivery!
The Built Environment is a core focus for Sunshine. We focus on the Access Control Sector and Asset Tracking and Management from keeping the Asset Register up to date through to logical security and theft prevention of assets. Our focus lies on the facilitation of identification technology solutions that will drive the uptake of RFID and biometric products in an expanding marketplace, backed with outstanding technical support and exceptional client service.
Cutting Edge is a 50% Share Holder in Sunshine Technologies and the Post Production entity behind some of Australia’s biggest name television shows, movies and advertisements. Cutting Edge was awarded Winner 2003 Queensland Exporter of the Year - Arts & EntertainmentWinner 2003 Australian Exporter of the Year - Arts & Entertainment. Cutting Edge bring a new sense of vision, stability and creativity to Sunshine Technologies and an enormous array of technical understanding and capability.
Scott Austin is the Principal and founder of Sunshine Technologies. Scott has extensive Business and Management Experience gained from working in varied roles for companies around the world. From 1992 – 1996 Scott lived and worked in Switzerland where he built the market in Central and Eastern European for an American Mechanical Engineering product manufacturer. Scott is also a founding Partner in Fastcards Pty Ltd. a web based application that enables the production of photo ID cards and encoding of access control cards and was formerly Managing Director of one of NSW’s leading Data Capture companies. Scott helped establish a German Company’s operations here in Australia focusing on sales of Contact and Contactless Smart Card components and accessories. Sales included memory through to Microprocessor products and operating systems and one of Australia’s biggest suppliers of Philips and Infineon products including Mifare products – reader ic’s, chip modules, inlets, readers, cards and tags.
